Acceleration measurement
The box measures acceleration in all three spatial directions.
Acceleration axes
The following figure shows the position of the acceleration axes X, Y and Z.
Measured values
The current measured acceleration values are transferred in the variables "Value" in the process data objects "AI Acc X/Y/Z Inputs".
In the factory setting, the measured values are scaled to 1 mg/LSB. The symbol g stands for the acceleration due to gravity 9.81 m/s². 1 mg corresponds to 0.00981 m/s².
Configuration
The following settings are available for acceleration measurement:
