IDN 179 (S-0-0179) Probe Position Latch Status
The probe status parameter indicates whether a position has been captured and latched within one of the „Probe Edge Value“ IDNs ( IDN 130 0 through 133). IDN 179 duplicates the information found in IDN 409 9 through 412.
