Homing Fixed Stop
The Homing Fixed Stop feature allows for a homing process using a physical object that mechanically blocks the axis's movement. To this end, a Fixed Stop Detection Touch Probe object is nested within the Homing Fixed Stop object. The Homing Fixed Stop object should be used, for example, to reference the axis using a fixed stop. Signal analysis takes place within the context of the MET task. The homing procedure is configured in the Parameters (Init) tab.
