FluidPower Axis

A hydraulic axis can be designed as either a valve-controlled or a pump-controlled drive. To solve this, a special configuration of the standard axis is used in the MC3. The hydraulic axis can operate with several types of position measuring systems and actuators.

What makes the solution integrated into MC3 unique is the ability to implement and automatically record the system characteristic curve. This is connected downstream of the position or force/pressure controller, thereby eliminating the system's nonlinear properties.
