Additional analysis windows
In order to precisely evaluate the results of an analysis chain and efficiently adjust parameters, a detailed representation of the image data is required. As large-format image views would limit the clarity in the network editor, two specialized windows have been implemented for working with vision modules: Module Watcher and Vision Gallery.
1. Module Watcher
The “Module Watcher” window is used for direct visual control during the configuration process.
- Function: Displays the images currently used in the module in an enlarged view parallel to the network editor.
- Area of application: Quick checking of parameter settings and direct viewing of image data without interrupting the workflow.
![]() | This window is purely for display purposes; the images are not saved permanently. |
2. Vision Gallery
The “Vision Gallery” is designed as a toolbox for in-depth analysis and documentation.
- Long-term viewing: Images can be stored over a longer period of time and saved in a targeted manner.
- Comparison function: It is possible to save reference images from previous analysis times in order to compare them directly with current results.
- Interaction: The tool offers the option of making markings in the images to highlight special features or sources of error.
