OAuth

OAuth is an extension for creating OAuth users in the HMI. For this purpose, the TwinCAT HMI server establishes a connection to an OAuth provider. The data received from there is passed on to the OAuth extension in order to add the users to the user administration of the TwinCAT HMI in accordance with the regulations.

The extension is available with the NuGet package Beckhoff.TwinCAT.HMI.OAuth >= 22.0.0. The package can be installed via TcPkg (TwinCAT.HMI.OAuth) or nuget.org.

The TwinCAT HMI currently only supports OAuth 2.0.
