Give a precise description of the error and of your last steps before the error had happened.
What kind of hardware are you using?
What kind of operating system are you using?
How are you connected (COM or ADS)?
What kind of KS2000 software version are you using (You find this information if you click onto Help in the menu bar and then onto Info)?
In which order your terminal station is assembled?
Which firmware is on the bus coupler or controller (Further information you will find in supported firmware or graphical view)?
