Input filter

The input filter is a digital filter. Pulses shorter than the filter time are filtered out. The input signal is passed on delayed by the filter time. See Examples.

You can set the filter time for each input individually in the CoE parameters 80x00:11_hex "Filter time".

The assignment of the CoE parameters to the connection designations can be found in the chapter Assignment of the connections.

Example 1

A positive pulse shorter than the filter time is filtered out.

Example 2

A negative pulse shorter than the filter time is filtered out.

Example 3

A positive signal edge is delayed by the filter time.

Example 4

A negative signal edge is delayed by the filter time.
