Short Description | Latched 16-bit Position (negative edge) |
Description
The LATCH16N command returns the position where latching was performed by the last negative (falling) edge on digital input 2 (IN2MODE=26). The position value is absolute within one turn, and is given out in the internal units (counts 0 ... 65535). In order to get the absolute 32-bit position in SI units (taking account of the position control loop resolution PGEARI/PGEARO), the command LATCH32N should be used.
The commands LATCH16N and LATCH32N have the effect of erasing the status bit 23 negative latch made in the status register TRJSTAT.
