Converts cartesian coordinates (x, y) to polar magnitude.

Returns a container which is filled with the magnitudes (ContainerType_Vector_REAL, if source points are of type TcVnPoint2_DINT or TcVnPoint2_REAL; else ContainerType_Vector_LREAL. Non-zero interface pointers are reused.)
