Convert a data layout (the arrangement of dimensions in the input data) to another data layout.

nSrcDataLayout | ULINT | Data layout of the source image (Commonly used data layouts are available in the enumeration ETcVnDataLayout. If nSrcDataLayout is set to 0 or TCVN_DL_DEFAULT, the DataLayout will be automatically determined based on the dimension of the ipSrcImage: 0x12 for 2D, 0x123 for 3D, 0x1234 for 4D, and so forth.) |
nDestDataLayout | ULINT | Required output data layout (Commonly used data layouts are available in the enumeration ETcVnDataLayout. nDestDataLayout must not equal 0 or TCVN_DL_DEFAULT.) |
