NormalizeImageForDisplay
Normalize an image for display, i.e. scale it to the full value range of the underlying data type (-1 to 1 for floating point).
Can use available TwinCAT Job Tasks for executing parallel code regions.
Can return partial results when canceled by Watchdog.
