F_VN_MatchTemplate 1:

Match a template image with every location in the source image (using the TCVN_TMM_CCORR_NORMED method) and save the comparison results.
Can return partial results when canceled by Watchdog.

The best match is the global maximum. The position in ipResultImage is the top-left corner of ipTemplateImage position in ipSrcImage)
