IEC870_5_104_DEFAULT_ASDUFMTPARAMS
This function sets the frame format parameters specified by the IEC 60870-5-104 standard to the default values:
- Cause of transfer: 2 bytes;
- Common ASDU address: 2 bytes;
- Information object address: 3 bytes.
