Parameters
In addition to the parameters described, the SysCalibConfigLaser.nc calibration file is executed during the cycle. Its function is to parameterise the laser measuring station and must be filled with the result values of the calibration cycle.
Optional input parameters
Input parameters | Description |
@P23 | Repetitions of tool breakage check (including additional tool cleaning it active) 0: No repetition (default) 1: One repetition 2: One repetition only in the event of a detected tool breakage |
@P33 | Permissible tolerance of the measuring points to determine tool breakage. If this value is exceed, it is evaluated as a tool breakage. (default = 0.5) |
@P37 | Permissible tolerance of the measuring points to determine tool wear. (default = 0.1) It the tolerance is too small, it may result in unnecessary machine stops. |
@P67 | Radius offset (lateral offset when probing) Only positive values are permissible. Set the offset according to the tool measurement. (default = 0) |
@P70 | Warning of tool wear 0: Warning of tool wear (default) 1: Stop in the event of tool wear |
@P71 | Warning of tool breakage 0: Warning of tool breakage 1: Stop in the event of tool breakage (default) |
@P135 | Activate additional tool cleaning 0: Deactivated (default) 1: Activated |
@P140 | Output of a warning in the event of tool wear or tool breakage 0: Output of a warning (default) 1: No warning output |
@P141 | Rapid tool breakage check 0: Deactivated - Default measurement is executed with precision measurement (default) 1: Activated - Only a measurement run at higher measurement speed is executed. The precision measurement and second measurement run at half the speed are dispensed with 2: Activated - A measurement run at high measurement speed and a second measurement run at half the measurement speed are executed. The precision measurement is dispensed with Please note that at high and at low measurement speed, the accuracy of the measurements is impaired. |
For more information on additional tool cleaning (@P135), go here. A description of the input parameters is contained in the cycle documentation.
It is recommended to use the Syntax check to verify whether the input parameters are correctly assigned.
Logging
The logging function is enabled for this cycle.
