Process

During the cycle, all active offsets must be suppressed using #SUPPRESS OFFSETS except for tool offsets to ensure uniform positioning.

The tool is positioned as centrally as possible above the measuring station in manual or automatic mode.

The cycle then takes place in the following steps:

  1. The tool moves to the starting position in the X and Y directions simultaneously. The starting position is calculated by adding the focal point of the laser to the offsets @P9 (X) and @P10 (Y).
  2. The tool is moved in the Z direction to the starting position. The starting position is calculated by adding the focal point of the laser to the offset @P11 (Z).
  3. The cleaning movement along the X and Y axes is dependent on the V.CYC.DIRECTION. The path distance is calculated by adding the current tool radius (V.G.WZ_AKT.R) to the additional path distance defined in @P138.
  4. The tool moves from the starting position to the measurement direction by the calculated path distance.
  5. Then the tool moves in the opposite direction past the starting point by the same distance.
  6. Steps 4 and 5 are executed in the number of repetitions specified in @P137 (default: 1).
  7. The tool moves back in the Z direction to the stored starting position.
  8. The tool moves back in the XY direction to the stored starting position.
