Tolerance limit for recalculation with dynamic limitation of axis positions

Description

With dynamic limitation of axis positions, changes to the specified limitation lead to a recalculation of the braking point

Minor changes to the specified limitation lead to unnecessary recalculations.

This parameter defines a tolerance limit up to which a recalculation is not executed.
