Effective acceleration profile

Description

The parameter determines the effective acceleration profile. It is valid for:

  • Path axes during CNC-controlled homing
  • Spindle axes

Remarks

The following applies to contouring axes during reference point travel in all CNC versions:

Slope type:   Relevant dynamic characteristic values:

0           Linear Velocity Profile         getriebe[i].a_ref

1, 2       Non-linear velocity profile  getriebe[i].a_ref and getriebe[i].tr_ref

The following applies to spindle axes in CNC versions before V2.11.2800:

Slope type:    Relevant dynamic characteristic values:

0           Linear Velocity Profile          getriebe[i].lslope_profil.*

1, 2       Non-linear velocity profile   getriebe[i].slope_profil.*

As of CNC Build V2.11.2800 the parameter for spindle axes has no more significance. The profile curve results from parametrising the dynamic characteristics in

     getriebe[i].slope_profil.*

For ramp times = CNC cycle time, this applies: Non-linear velocity profile
