Data Source
There are many data sources for the TwinCAT Analytics products. Likewise, there are many output formats, ensuring a seamless transition from product to product and from tool to tool. The following graphic is intended to provide a general overview.

The most universal are the Analytics binary formats in the form of the Analytics File and an MQTT stream.
In the following screenshot you can see different sources that represent the actual data sources as shown in the diagram above. For the engineering products TE35xx, these are MQTT as live and historical stream, Analytics File and ADS.

The sources can be used to quickly switch from machine A to machine B data. No input of the algorithms has to be linked again. If the input data image matches 100%, the system switches directly. If it does not quite fit, a mapping to another variable can be carried out manually. If this is to be abstracted via an input name, this is also possible. The new variable is mapped to the corresponding input.
When adding sources and replacing them, you can optionally use the Source Wizard, which is explained on the following pages.
