Initialization of G-functions (prog_start.g_gruppe[i].*)

For the decoder protocolling of changes in the NC-kernel (aep.*) the G-functions were grouped according to their functionality. This is also used analogously for the initialization of the G-functions.

Initialization of G-functions (prog_start.g_gruppe[i].*) 1:

This initialization is possible only for some specific G-groups (see chapter 2.31.1.1)!
