Pre-output of M-functions (P-CHAN-00070)

For the pre-output of M-functions the value for the path or time can be defined in the channel parameter list or also in NC program [PROG - Chapter V.G. variables].

The parameter m_pre_outp[i] defines the prediction value of M-code output time depending on type path to go or time to go before path interpolator processes the M code at block transition in programmed sequence.
