2. Automatic scanning of the IO link ports

When automatically scanning the IO-Link port, the steps "WakeUp Pulse", "Setting the baud rate", "Reading the communication parameters" and, if applicable, "Parameter server" and "Cyclic data exchange" are performed; cf. "Establishment of the IO-Link communication". The corresponding IO-Link device must be connected to the IO-Link port for this.

The connected devices are automatically detected and configured and a search is performed for the associated IODD.
