Enable digital filter

Enables the digital filter.

The filter time can be set in subindex 14 "Digital filter count".

BOOL

8pp0:11

Buffer reset behaviour

Controls the evaluation of the "Input buffer reset".

Possible values:

  • 0: "Reset on rising edge"
  • 1: "Reset on high level"

UINT

RW

8pp0:12

Buffer mode

Selection of the operation mode. See chapter Synchronous or asynchronous operation?.

Possible values:

  • 0: "Asynchronous (Buffered)"
  • 1: "Synchronous"

UINT

RW

8pp0:13

Buffer overflow behaviour

Controls the processing of further events when the buffer is full.

Possible values:

  • 0: "Lock buffer"
If the buffer is full, all further detected events are discarded.
  • 1: "Overwrite oldest event"
When the buffer is full, every subsequent detected event will overwrite the oldest event in the buffer.

UINT

8pp0:14

Digital filter count

Filter time of the digital filter.

Pulses that are shorter than the number of microcycles specified in this parameter are ignored.
The length of a microcycle depends on the channel configuration, see chapter EP1258-0502 Microcycle time.

The value 1 disables the filter.
