Note the total current of the device

The max. permissible total current applies to both ports X1 and X2 together.
I.e. the feed in of U_S as for U_P the max. permissible current of 3 A must not be exceeded (e.g. current of U_S for port X1 is 1.7 A; then the max. permissible current of U_S for port X2 is equal or less than 1.3 A).
