Limits
The parameters listed below describe dynamic limits of an NC axis. They serve as high or low limits for further parameters which, to some extent, can also be modified in the NC program.
Therefore, when the acceleration and ramp time values described in the following chapters are weighted with the G functions G130 - G133 [PROG], the ramp time cannot fall below the minimum permissible ramp time and the maximum permissible acceleration cannot be exceeded.
- Maximum permissible axis acceleration (P-AXIS-00008)
- Minimum permissible ramp time (P-AXIS-00201)
- Maximum permissible axis speed (P-AXIS-00212)

Further limits
Maximum permissible speed override in channel P-CHAN-00056 or axis P-AXIS-00109
The P-CHAN-00056 parameter is used to limit the channel-specific speed override. This value is active during contouring motions (axes of a channel in the contouring combination).
The P-AXIS-00109 parameter is used to limit the axis-specific speed override (independent axes).
Rapid traversing speedP-AXIS-00209
In the case of G00 motions, the CNC calculates a rapid traversing speed independent of the programmed F word based on the axis-specific rapid traversing speeds. This rapid traversing speed is used in the case of G00 programming.
The speed can be defined with the P-AXIS-00209 parameter for positioning in the rapid traversing mode (G00).
Reduced speed in the case of feed rate motionP-AXIS-00214
Reduced speed in the case of G00 P-AXIS-00155
The CNC takes these maximum speed values into account after activation via a control signal of the PLC. In this way, travel at a reduced speed is possible, for example when the protective doors are open.

Reduced speed in the safety range P-AXIS-00030
The CNC takes this maximum speed value into account after activation via a control signal of the PLC whenever the axis is in a specific position range. In this way, travel at a reduced speed is possible, for example within a security range.
