Types
The CX53x0 Embedded PC can be ordered with different software options. Use this overview in conjunction with the information on the name plate to ascertain the operating system and the TwinCAT version of the embedded PC.

TwinCAT/BSD® and Beckhoff RT Linux® require at least a 20 GB CFast flash card.
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise requires at least a 40 GB CFast flash card.
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC requires 10 GB of free storage space for future security updates. Depending on the software installed, a memory card with at least 80 GB is therefore recommended. For details, see Infosys. To ensure optimal performance, it is also recommended that the CX5330's memory be upgraded from 4 GB to 8 GB of RAM.
