To ensure optimal performance and access to all the functions of your device when using the TwinCAT control software, Beckhoff recommends using the latest version of TwinCAT. In addition, you should never go below the minimum requirement for the TwinCAT version. This consists of the hardware requirements and the general TwinCAT system requirements.
