ReduceArg
Finds indices of max/min elements along provided axis and reduce the ipSrcImage to a single row/column/channel.

nDim | LONG | Index along which the ipSrcImage is reduced: 0 reduces the matrix to a single row, 1 reduces it to a single column, and 2 reduces to a single channel |
eReduceType | LONG | Reduction operation REDUCE_MAX or REDUCE_MIN |
