Inputs

ipMask	ITcVnImage	Optional mask to specify which pixel positions are considered (USINT, set parameter to 0 if not required)
eVectorCompareMethod	ETcVnVectorCompareMethod	Select a vector compare method for multi-channel images
hrPrev	HRESULT	HRESULT indicating the result of previous operations (If SUCCEEDED(hrPrev) equals false, no operation is executed.)
