ipDestImage	Reference To ITcVnImage	Destination image (An appropriate image will be created if required.)
fAngleDeg	LREAL	Rotation angle in degree (positive: counter-clockwise, negative: clockwise)
bAdjustDestSize	BOOL	If true, ipDestImage size is adjusted so that the whole rotated ipSrcImage is contained. Otherwise, ipDestImage size is set to ipSrcImage size.
eInterpolationType	ETcVnInterpolationType	Interpolation method
eBorderInterpolation	ETcVnBorderInterpolationMethod	Border interpolation method (ISOLATED not supported)
hrPrev	HRESULT	HRESULT indicating the result of previous operations (If SUCCEEDED(hrPrev) equals false, no operation is executed.)
