Inputs

ipCircles	ITcVnContainer	Container with circles (ContainerType_Vector_TcVnVector3_REAL; Each container element contains the x coordinate of the circle center [0], the y coordinate of the circle center [1], and the radius [2].)
nCircleIndex	DINT	Index of a specific circle to be drawn (if negative, all circles within the container are drawn)
ipDestImage	ITcVnImage	Destination image
nThickness	DINT	Line thickness (if negative, the circle is filled)
hrPrev	HRESULT	HRESULT indicating the result of previous operations (If SUCCEEDED(hrPrev) equals false, no operation is executed.)
