Returns a container which is filled with the converted points in cartesian coordinates (same type ID as ipSrcPointsPolar. Non-zero interface pointers are reused.)

bAngleInDegrees

BOOL

Specifys, if the angles are in degrees or radians

hrPrev

HRESULT

HRESULT indicating the result of previous operations (If SUCCEEDED(hrPrev) equals false, no operation is executed.)
