Parameters

stateInfo	Type: TwinCAT.Ads.StateInfo New ADS status and device status.
dataStream	Type: TwinCAT.Ads.AdsStream Stream that contains the data that should be sent to the ADS device
offset	Type: System.Int32 Offset of the data in the stream.
length	Type: System.Int32 Length of the data in the stream.
timeout	Type: System.Int32 The timeout.
