IOF_GetDeviceIDByName
The IOF_GetDeviceIDByName function block determines the device ID of an I/O device, knowing the device name. If successful, the function block returns the device ID specified by the TwinCAT system during configuration. The device IDs cannot be configured by the user.

TMOUT | TIME | Specifies the time-out period that must not be exceeded when the command is executed. |
