Beckhoff recommends sending as much information as possible with the report so that the product specialist responsible for your region has all the necessary information.

All categories are activated by default. Deactivated categories are excluded from the report.

►If required, click on the button Boot Files, Target Files or TcIoXts Dump Files to deactivate the category and exclude it from the report

►If required, click on the button Boot Files, Target Files or TcIoXts Dump Files to activate the category and send it as attachments
