For the mechanical installation you need the following aids:

Suitable torque wrench
Threadlocker
Vernier caliper

Assembly tool for B23 connectors [+]

The illustration below gives you an initial overview of the components that you need for the mechanical installation of the XTS in the configuration described here. Please note that the design and composition of the components can deviate and that not all fastening materials are included in the scope of supply as standard.

1	Straight guide rails with lock and fastening materials: • M3 x 30 screw, M3 washers and nuts for connecting guide rails • locating pins for guide rails • M4 x 40 screws for fastening guide rails • M4 x 10 screws for fastening the lock
2	Curved rails and fastening materials: • M3 x 30 screw, M3 washers and nuts for connecting guide rails • locating pins for guide rails • M4 x 40 screws for fastening guide rails
3	Straight guide rails and fastening materials: • M3 x 30 screw, M3 washers and nuts for connecting guide rails • locating pins for guide rails • M4 x 40 screws for fastening guide rails
4	Curved modules and fastening materials: • Locating pins • Rubber seal • Connector card
