Mechanical minimum gap 1:

The mechanical distance A between two movers is determined by the length B of the mover [6].

The minimum gap is calculated from the length of the mover plus 2 mm. If NCT electronics [7] are mounted on the mover, the height C of the NCT electronics can have an influence on the minimum gap in the curves. In addition to the length B and the height C, the tool mounted on the mover has an influence on the minimum gap.
