Magnetic minimum gap
The magnetic distance A between two movers is measured at the center [1] of the coils [2] of a motor module [3] and from the center of a magnetic plate set [4] to the center of another magnetic plate set [5].
The minimum gap is calculated from the length of the magnetic plate set plus 10 mm. The greatest accuracy is achieved with this distance, as each coil in the motor module is only responsible for one mover at any one time and therefore the magnetic fields do not influence each other.
