Mover

Mover 1:

Magnetic field example

The magnetic field of the mover is shown using the magnetic field of an APM4330-0000 mover as an example and applies to all XPlanar movers.

Notice

Pay attention to the magnetic field of the mover when transporting sensitive products

A small distance between the top of the mover and the product significantly reduces the influence of the magnetic field on the product.

Mover 2:

The movers contain permanent magnets arranged in so-called Hallbach arrays. This arrangement ensures that the magnetic field on the underside of the mover is significantly stronger than on the top of the mover. The field of the permanent magnets is present even when the power supply is switched off. The mover must always be transported in the transport securing device. Further information can be found in chapter Transport.
