Instructions for use

From TwinCAT OPC UA Client version 2.x.x, an "OPC UA Virtual Device" must be created in the I/O part of TwinCAT to use the Tc3_PLCopen_OpcUa library and the AMS Net ID of the device must be stored in the parameter list of the library for the sAmsNetId parameter. This only needs to be done once.
