Configuration

General

The basic settings for the server extension are specified in the General tab.

• RingBufferSize
• For every shot the scoped values are exported as csv files, and its analyzed data is saved in the database.
• If the ring buffer capacity is reached, oldest shot’s data and related scope export files will be deleted for every new shot processed.
• ShotScopeSymbol
• Select the mapped symbol of type FB_ShotScopeHmi to set this configuration.
• On completion of every shot, the PLC triggers the scope to export its recorded shot data in form of svdx and csv files.
• TcInjectionData server extension analyzes the exported scope data and fetches additional information from PLC.
• This includes:
• LogDetails: This object provides shot information.
• Analysis: This object provides analysis related information.
• aCustomValues: A list of name value pairs that should be logged with each shot.
• aCustomSettings: A list of name value pairs defining various settings properties and their values.
• ConfigFilePath: This is the path to the scope configuration ‘.scopeex’ file. TcInjectionData server extension reads this configuration to list variables users can select to draw on the scope control. This location is also used to create the data base and store scope exported files.

Diagnostics

It shows the status of the server extension and total memory usage.
