AcsiQualityValidity_To_Validity
Converts the Validity0 and Validity1 bit components of the structured type: ST_AcsiQuality into the enumeration type: E_AcsiQualityValidity. Only the Validity0 and Validity1 bit components are converted. See also: Coding of the Quality-Validity0..1-bits.
