ipAdapter: Interface pointer of type I_GseAdapterClass. This pointer identifies the network adapter to be used for sending/receiving GOOSE/SV messages.

ipApdu: Interface pointer of type I_GseSvApduClass. This pointer identifies the object instance of the SV APDU (Sampled Values Application Protocol Data Unit) data.

ipError: Interface pointer of type I_ServiceErrorClass. This pointer can be used to query the error code, error source or error text in the event of a negative feedback.

Return parameter: Positive feedback (TRUE) on success or negative feedback (FALSE) on error.
