Special system requirements

Installing the TF6340 TwinCAT 3 Serial Communication function provides the option of installing an ADS server. This is necessary if virtual COM ports are to be accessed. The XAR package of the installation includes this ADS server called TcAdsSerialCommServer.

When using the TcAdsSerialCommServer, the following system requirements apply for the system on which the ADS server is to be installed:
