Method OnSAcnUniDiscoveryPacketReceived

This method is called by the I_sAcnCommunicator when an sACN Universe Discovery Packet is received. These packets are sent by sACN sources to announce their presence and the universes they are serving, allowing receivers to discover available sACN streams.
