Setting channel options with #CHANNEL SET
Feed at / behind a microjoint
#CHANNEL SET [ M_PRE_OUTPUT [ E=.. ] [ F=.. ] [ VECTOR_LIMIT_OFF ] ] |
| |
E=.. | Block end velocity E of the previous microjoint (start of microjoint)
F=.. | Feed velocity within the microjoint (path between the position of the advanced M function and the originally programmed position of the M function)
VECTOR_LIMIT_OFF | Deselecting a possible dynamic limitation. If one of the previously programmed dynamic influences is active via #VECTOR LIMIT (VEL, ACC, DEC), it is suppressed within the microjoint range.
Adapting the size of the look-ahead buffer
Available as of V3.1.3132.0
This parameter defines the size of the look-ahead buffer in the NC program The buffer may never be greater than the value taken from the channel parameter list or the start-up list. (FCT_LOOK_AHEAD_*)
#CHANNEL SET [LAH_BUFFER=.. ] |
| |
LAH_BUFFER =.. | Number of blocks in the look-ahead buffer.
Application:
When different slope types are used. Different limits apply depending on the hardware configuration; for example, smaller values apply when using the HSC slope type where the STEP slope type is normally used.
Set the timing for the estimation function.
Syntax: | |
#CHANNEL SET [ ESA_TIME<i>=.. ]
ESA_TIME<i>=<expr> | Offset time i in [s] where i = 0 ... 9. 10 ESA times (Estimated State of Arrival) can be defined. Only time values greater than 0 are considered. |
