If a support request involves encrypted NC programs, our support staff will require your assistance.

In order to read the diagnosis data in full, the support staff will need the password that you assigned to the encryption group for the extension in each case.

The support staff will request this password after receiving the encrypted diagnosis data.

By providing the password, you consent to the decryption of the NC programs.
