3D distance control in mode ECS exceeds maximum inclination.

Description

3D distance control is used with ECS mode. Compensation takes place in the tool direction by virtual extension of the tool length.
The virtual extension of tool length can lead to significant dynamic effects, especially at inclination angles close to 90°.

This is why the inclination angle is limited in ECS mode to 85° as system limit.
