Installation
The necessary components for TF5060 TwinCAT NC FIFO Axes are included in the TF50x0 TwinCAT NC PTP installation.
TwinCAT Package Manager: Installation (TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4026)
Detailed instructions on installing products can be found in the chapter Installing workloads in the TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4026 installation instructions.
Install the following workload to be able to use the product:
You can obtain a basic TwinCAT installation via the following workloads:
- TwinCAT.Standard.XAE (Engineering)
- TwinCAT.Standard.XAR (Runtime)
For TF50x0 | TwinCAT 3 NC PTP please install the workloads:
- TF5000.NcPtp.XAE (Engineering)
- TF5000.NcPtp.XAR (Runtime)
In addition to the NC PTP, the TF5000 workloads contain the following products:
- TF5050 | TwinCAT 3 NC Camming
- TF5055 | TwinCAT 3 NC Flying Saw
- TF5060 | TwinCAT 3 NC FIFO
- TF5065 | TwinCAT 3 Motion Control XFC
The installation of the TwinCAT Scope is also recommended:
- TE1300.ScopeViewProfessional.XAE (Engineering)
- TF3300.ScopeServer.XAR (Runtime)
Windows: TwinCAT Setup: Engineering and runtime installation (TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4024 and earlier)
TF50x0 TwinCAT NC PTP is installed with TwinCAT Setup up to and including TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4024. Further details on installation can be found in the instructions Installation up to TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4024.
Beckhoff RT Linux®: Runtime installation
TF50x0 TwinCAT NC PTP can be used on a Beckhoff RT Linux® system. In addition to a TwinCAT 3 Runtime installation, the tf5000-nc-ptp-xar package is required for this.
