RuleEngine error case

If an error occurs within the RuleEngine that it cannot resolve on its own, the RuleEngine is restarted. All existing RuleEngine pipelines are shut down for this purpose. After the RuleEngine is restarted, the RuleEngine pipelines are created again. However, the rules contained therein are not automatically restarted. This must be done manually using the RuleEngine Pipeline Editor.
